Before reaching out to Northside Lexus we visited or sought quotes from the 3 other Lexus dealerships in the Houston area. They proved unhelpful or unprofessional as it related to finding the RX 350 we sought quotes from the 3 other Lexus dealerships in the Houston area. They proved unhelpful or unprofessional as it related to finding the RX 350 we wanted, pricing, and suggesting we were lying about a competitive price we received on an extended factory warranty. Erica Burciu was simply outstanding. She listened, was very responsive to questions, communicated throughout the building process, and had everything ready for the day of delivery. We would not hesitate to recommend Erica to anyone looking for or even thinking about a Lexus. More

We made an appointment with Erica Pollino to test drive a new NX350 for my wife and me. Erica was thorough and patient with both of us throughout the process and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. S new NX350 for my wife and me. Since we were in our initial search Erica was very helpful with our questions and understood that we would not be making a decision that day. We made the decision to buy the NX350 a couple of days later and we worked with Erica's teammate Michael Featherstone to finalize a deal. We negotiated a fair price and finalized the deal quickly and easily. The car had the windows tinted and prepped in about 1 1/2 hours and I was on the road. The whole process was quick and easy and everyone was pleasant and professional. More

Northside Lexus is a true delight to have a no hassle way of selling you a vehicle. I know there vehicles are pricey but they are worth it. I have been in Automotive repair for 53 years. My customers ask what type of vehicle should they purchase. My answer is always a Toyota product.
