Great experience! Erica is a rock star. We’ve bought 5 Lexus from either Northside or Westside previously and this was the best experience yet. Treated professionally. Very glad to be able to have a female sales person. Males tend to talk more to my husband and if i’m there, it’s because i’m buying MY car. Also appreciate everyone wearing a mask. Gotta admit, i wondered if in the woodlands area if that would be the case. I was prepared to go to westside or buy online somewhere if people weren’t wearing masks. But, it wasn’t necessary and MOST appreciated. I would recommend Erica to anyone looking for a Lexus. 5 stars + from the Kral family. :) thank you erica! More

This was the third vehicle we have purchased from Northside. Erica was great to work with and definitely factored in to our decision to purchase.
