We had bought our 2017 from Dick Smith Ford and had a terrible experience even after my family have been a customer with them for over 40 years. Erich was did a fantastic job and helping us through the process, and they worked with us to get a good financial deal. His pleasantness, low key pressure, and enthusiasm makes you want to drive a Ford right off the show room floor which is what we did. It was great fun and made getting the new car after our accident was pleasant. We love the car and enjoyed our time at Metro. The finance person really did a great job but I do not remember his name but I was impressed how he worked things out for us. I would recommend Erich in a heartbeat. Thanks Erich. More
