Shorthanded and can’t say “yes” I had a great service rep who moved onto better things and now it’s difficult to get a Saturday appointment or even a call back, let alone a car wash I had a great service rep who moved onto better things and now it’s difficult to get a Saturday appointment or even a call back, let alone a car wash. I’m really disappointed that the service was coming from Rey, not from Toyota. I’ve driven Toyota for 18 years and purchased and serviced from Lanc Toyota for 12. Disappointing. More
