The last two vehicles we have bought from Erik Blad, he’s been extremely helpful, he’s very personable and makes the process smooth with good communication and responsiveness. Reached out last Thursday with what we were looking for. Within a few hours he found several options they were located at another dealership. We went to see him on Saturday morning to discuss further and test drive a like model. We showed interest and put down a small deposit as he was not sure they could get the dealership trade to bring the vehicle to where we could buy thru Erik and Campbell Ford. Tuesday morning he let us know the trade was done and would have possession of the vehicle the following day. Sure thing he texted a picture of the vehicle on his lot. Let them know we would be over at lunchtime to finalize the deal. Walked on, signed a few documents and got the keys and a good overview of the vehicle. I expressed interest online and was contacted by Eric a hours later. He did an excellent job understanding my needs and scheduling an appointment for me to come in. Several years ago I stopped at Campbell Ford but never felt important to anyone so I left. Several months later I stopped again but still felt the same. I swore I’d never go back. Then several years later I decided to give them a try once again and that’s when I met Eric Blad. He was very personable, kind, he listened to my needs, found the perfect vehicle for me. A few months later we went to him for a second vehicle. Several years went by and I was involved in an accident that totaled one of my vehicles. I contacted Eric. He was able to connect me with a vehicle that was a perfect fit for me once again. He knows his clients needs, remembers it even if it’s years later, goes above and beyond what’s expected, and becomes more than a salesman. He became a good friend too.
