Great First Impression On a crazy cold Saturday we decided to stop in and look for a used vehicle for our daughter. We were greeted outside by Eric Lipp. He kindly point On a crazy cold Saturday we decided to stop in and look for a used vehicle for our daughter. We were greeted outside by Eric Lipp. He kindly pointed us in the direction of the used vehicles. After this point it all becomes a blur. We spent the next 3 hours with a very patient and kind salesman doing his best to find the perfect vehicle for us and our daughter. Well we ended up not going with a used vehicle but fell in love with what we considered to be our daughters dream car. A new 2020 Civic Hatch. Eric has never sold a new vehicle at WETH but today was the day we had a little fun with the phrase "I've got great news". Eric was super awesome to deal with and such a pleasure to be his first new car customers. I would recommend him as a salesman to anyone. He was one of the nicest most sincere salesman we have ever had. He was out of his element a little with new car sales but I was more than proud to be patient as he was learning something completely new to him. Thanks so much Eric!! More
