All I can say is Saturday was our lucky day! Erik was our salesman and he was fantastic!! We were looking for a used truck with low miles! Not sure why someone would wait days to buy the perfect vehicle especially when there is a car shortage but their foolishness in waiting was our blessing. Ya snooze ya lose. We were able to purchase the truck that very same day and bring it home! My husband has never been so happy over a vehicle! This truck has everything we wanted and then some! I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and it’s salespeople, everyone was in an upbeat mood, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and all went above and beyond in making this the greatest buying experience ever! I am 58 years old and I have never had a more pleasurable buying experience then the one I had at Fair Oaks Ford! I will never, ever buy from any other dealership again! Do not attempt to purchase a car from this dealership! !! My husband went in on Thursday evening while I was working, found a truck and gave a check to hold the price so that I could see the vehicle. He told them he would not be able to get back in until Saturday to sign the paperwork due to a conflict with work. On Saturday morning, he spoke with the dealership and was given the link to fill out the paperwork for financing so that when we got there all we would need to do is sign. Two hours later we receive a call that someone else is looking at the vehicle and they are crunching numbers and may buy the truck. Needless to say, we were quite angry because we legit were walking out the door to get there to sign paperwork that they clearly never got together, but ran our credit! How do you do business like this? Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit because of this dealership. We take great pride in having good credit and something like this harms it. In addition, we were passed around to speak with a couple different people regarding their mess up! I will for sure NEVER recommend anyone does business with this dealership! More

The service and purchasing process was smooth. Before I took it for a test drive I examined the vehicle and found seven small scratches across the hood.
