Billy Jr, Erin, and Van gave the most outstanding service and provided the most pleasant experience I could have hoped for. Billy Jr was very responsive, creative, and competitive when we were discussing the purchase price. Erin surprised me by going the extra mile to get a better financing rate than we had agreed to. Gary was great from the minute I called him for an appointment. He spent the whole morning with us showing my wife and myself numerous cars. This was my second car purchase from Kundert Volvo, the first time was in 2002 (S60 T5). It was such a great experience then that when it was time to buy a new Volvo it was a no brainer.
