I was not certain that I wanted to purchase a Volvo but Gary was amazing and took me through the whole process in a professional manner unlike other dealerships that I've visited over the years. He was very knowledgeable and made my decision to purchase a Volvo an easy one. While I did not expect to purchase a car that day because I had not fully researched on my own, I felt comfortable in making the purchase of my S60 due to Erin Kundert assisting and providing all the necessary financial figures and answers to all of my questions. I have since picked up my new car and love it....Gary even followed up with a phone call to see how I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions.
