As I stated before the dealership and the salesman's were fantastic and friendly they were extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful. They all spoke to me as if I have known them for a long time. It took over 2 hours with my husband waiting in Service only to be told we might have over $8000 in problems to fix our 21 Rogue, and wanting to charge an addl $400 to rediagnose further. He went home, I c only to be told we might have over $8000 in problems to fix our 21 Rogue, and wanting to charge an addl $400 to rediagnose further. He went home, I called and spoke with Paul (Service Mgr) who was nice but didn't do anything. I called the next day and spoke with Erik (who served us 6 weeks prior on another issue). He offered to talk with Paul and called me back 30 min later and they agreed to comp all diagnostics if we let them fix the car there. (FIVE stars to Erik for stepping in). We made an appt to bring back on Tues. However we decided it was in our best interest to go to a Hyundai dealer and trade it in yesterday where they only took $2000 off the highest KBB value in Excellent condition, which is something we didn't expect after our treatment at RD. What a rip off and waste of our time and money at Russ Darrow!! More
