Generally, the advisors do a decent job of communicating while the car is being serviced. I was told I would receive a call if anything came up in addition to my scheduled service. Instead a text was rece while the car is being serviced. I was told I would receive a call if anything came up in addition to my scheduled service. Instead a text was received and was asked to call back. By the time I saw the text it was very late in the day. When trying to call back using the toll free number it is almost never answered which adds to frustration - this has happened on different occasions. You need to call the regular number instead. In the long run the car was serviced and seams to be fine. More
