Evon and Ernest were both very friendly and explained everything about my vehicle, the buying process, and what this dealership has to offer (which is pretty much everything, from service and parts right up to the cars). If the day ever comes that I need another car and I'm looking for any of the brands that they have at Hayes, I'll definitely come back. More

I've been in dealerships that provided minimal to no customer service and others, while somewhat attentive, were not really focused on my needs. Hayes Dealership in Lawrenceville, Georgia is outstanding. We did not meet a single person we did not like. Our salesman, Karim, was as nice a young man as I have had the pleasure of working with on a sale. Steve the general manager worked to secure a deal we could feel good about. The finance officer, Ernest, was just a really nice person and we had a great time just talking. Don, the service manager, met with us and assured us if we had any concerns let him know. Magdalena, the Business Manager, was outstanding. We had a couple of minor problems and she handled them quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Hayes to anyone seeking an honest, courteous and professional staff. Plus, we love our new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit!! More
