Also we needed to go back to re sign finance papers - as Ernesto told us he forgot to get some paper signed but I noticed after leaving we had signed for a higher interest rate - which was not disclosed to us at the time… that’s very poor practise !! This is our second purchase from Kendal jeep dealer . Overall ok with the process and personnel More
