I had a great experience in May when I visited this location for the first time for a state inspection and oil change. My visit on 8/27 was complete opposite of that experience. I originally booked onl location for the first time for a state inspection and oil change. My visit on 8/27 was complete opposite of that experience. I originally booked online for 9/5 and when booking online it stated the price for an oil change was $59. I should have taken a screenshot at that point. I then called on 8/26 to see if they had any sooner availability and rescheduled through the AI bot over the phone to 8/27. Check in was smooth and easy. The wait was a little over an hour not too bad. The poor service came during checkout. Mr. Jeffrey M let me know the total. I was a little surprised and asked why it showed a lower price online. He stated he "couldn't speak to that". I said okay, can you explain my charges and go over them with me. He pushed the invoice towards me and said "this is just what we charge". I again asked if he could go over it with me. There wasn't anyone behind me and I wanted to get better clarity. I asked politely and there still wasn't time taken out to go line by line. He shrugged his shoulders and said "this is a normal price. What you saw online was probably state wide not our pricing". I believe since he is checking me out he should have the knowledge and courtesy to be able to walk through the invoice is all I was asking. It was very disappointing to be treated this way. Not sure if it was because it was the end of the day. Either way I went home a little upset and shaken that the same kindness wasn't displayed. I really liked coming to this location as it's convenient and I can still work from my laptop. Not sure where I'll choose in the future. There is also a random email address tied to my account that I see printed on my invoice. Now someone may have my information. More

Few days after the oil change I lifted the car to replace a crankshaft position sensor and my husband noticed oil was leaking around oil pane area. We were gonna clean and try to see where the oil was coming a crankshaft position sensor and my husband noticed oil was leaking around oil pane area. We were gonna clean and try to see where the oil was coming from. That's when he noticed the oil plug is loose ( he could move it with his fingers alone). He immediately torque it to specs, lower the car and check the oil level, imagining it would be lower. To my surprise the level was HIGHER THAN THE MAXIMUM LEVEL!!! I don't know if they forgot to tighten the plug, completely overfilled the oil or what but that shouldn't have happened for such a simple service. Extremely disappointed and I could have been in for some serious engine damage if I hadn't changed the crankshaft position sensor. Also, I had to try call 5 times to check if my car was ready until someone finally answer the phone call. More
