But I am deeply disappointed. I just purchased a new 2020 car at Steve Landers Toyota NWA. The car had to be brought from another dealership, so I was actually purchasing the car I just purchased a new 2020 car at Steve Landers Toyota NWA. The car had to be brought from another dealership, so I was actually purchasing the car unseen. Otherwise the purchase was a smooth experience. There is much about the car that I like very much, but now I am deeply disappointed. The car does not have a CD player, and this was never explained to me, so I was quite shocked when the car was delivered to me and I discovered the player was not there. I assumed a player was standard equipment on a current vehicle. We use a CD player a great deal when we travel, and to learn after I completed the purchase that it was not on the car, and that this had not been explained to me, is a significant enough issue that I will not shop for another car at this dealership. This is a serious disappointment to me. More
