On Friday, March 13, 2026, I took my Cadillac 2021 CT4 in
because I noticed oil leaking from the engine compartment on to my garage deck, and the driver’s side switch for the front passenger side window was
because I noticed oil leaking from the engine compartment on to my garage deck, and the driver’s side switch for the front passenger side window was disabled. Estefania Adaro had the technicians check it out and discovered that the oil pan was leaking. Estefania assigned a courtesy-vehicle to me while the oil pan was being replaced and placed the driver’s side switch on order.
At approximately 3:30 p.m., Estefania called and informed me that the oil pan work was completed, but the surfaces needed to dry and examined the next morning. She suggested that I keep the courtesy-vehicle overnight and pick up my car the following day.
As always, Estefania Adaro was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Keep up the great work!
