This is our third consecutive vehicle purchase with Royal of Tucson. Your sales people in our experiences have been great, we have been using the same Service Advisor with success and will continue. Friendly and professional all the way through. I drove from another state to take advantage of a great deal and am thrilled with the truck I purchased. The sales staff were always friendly and responsive, and when a miscommunication threatened the deal, they worked to resolve the issue in my favor. They even stood behind the truck when the engine light came on shortly after I purchased it. Thankfully, it wasn't a big deal, but they paid to have a local mechanic look at it and verify all was well. I would definitely recommend Ethan, Brian, and the whole team at Royal Buick GMC in Tucson. More
