I was on the road when multiple warning messages popped up and the check engine light came on in my sprinter. Salem was a the closest MB facility. I talked with Evan on the phone Tuesday morning. He was co up and the check engine light came on in my sprinter. Salem was a the closest MB facility. I talked with Evan on the phone Tuesday morning. He was confident he knew the problem but needed to order parts. I stayed where I was for the night and arrived in Salem Wednesday morning. My van was taken into the shop immediately. All of the staff was welcoming and friendly. They had coffee and snacks available. An hour and a half later I was back on the road. It was an A+ awesome experience. More
