45 Mile CRV My opa's dying wish was for me to finally have a brand new car. HoA was able to get me the perfect fit with a brand-new, only 45 miles on it, blue CR-V. Through lots of research and a couple of test drives I was sure this is the car for me. Plus, I can't tell you how many people (both in the industry and outside of) have told me how reliable the CR-V is. I'm looking forward to maintaining this car and having it for many years to come. Richard Norton was my sales guy and helped me walk through the process in clear English instead of the usual car salesman talk. We also worked with with Lance who cut us an amazing deal and made sure to treat me like one of his own. Evan was the manager we worked with who also went leaps and bounds to help me in my search for a new car. Thank you Honda of the Avenues for helping me find my new ride! More

Very Dishonest_NO COMMUNICATION We purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot. I told Kahlid we had our own financing he said no we can get you financed with more. He said all was approved. Neve We purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot. I told Kahlid we had our own financing he said no we can get you financed with more. He said all was approved. Never sent me buyers order when we got there the deal was nothing that had been emailed. My dad signed the paperwork on this " straw" deal" and we left with 2016 $39000 vehicle. They later asked for income verification. Never giving me any information. I contacted credit union they financed with and found out loan declined. We contacted Ned the general manager to let him know what was going on. They never contacted us back, he has been off for 6 days.......he never responded to one email or phone call. They tried to manipulate us to drive back to Jax because of their mistake. We made a low offer for the vehicle as I no longer wanted this vehicle. Lucky me this deal fell through because I would never sign that deal or any deal with this dealership. Everyone at this dealership is crooked and makes up lies! And avoids speaking with you or responding to you. I will never purchase a Honda again becAuse of this experience! I will also contact Honda corporate . I have all documents to prove what I'm saying is absolutely true!!They returned my original vehicle without one key, without 2 headphones for rear DVD and without my original owners guide. The floor mats were thrown in the back of the vehicle. No one has returned my calls or emails In regards to my missing items. Also car smells like smoke and I don't smoke. I returned their vehicle in same condition and have signed document by their driver stating that he inspected it. This is by far the worst buying experience I have ever experienced. If these are the managers in charge this dealership is in trouble as no one responds to you. More

Online price for new vehicle misleading I went to Honda.com and requested a quote on a specific car with the accessories I needed. I got a great on line price from Honda of the Avenues but i I went to Honda.com and requested a quote on a specific car with the accessories I needed. I got a great on line price from Honda of the Avenues but it wasn't the car I wanted. When I followed up with them it was a $3,000 plus difference. Very misleading with no integrity! More

New car buying experience turned bad I purchased a 2014 accord ex-l from these guys and the negotiated price had - all season mats , mudgard , wheel locks and moon roof visor. As you know I purchased a 2014 accord ex-l from these guys and the negotiated price had - all season mats , mudgard , wheel locks and moon roof visor. As you know the dealership refuses to sell without accessories. During delivery Moon roof visor was missing and the sales agent Khalid promised that he would install the Visor next day while I wait and have a cup of Coffee. I truly believed and paid for the vehicle and took it home . Next day they say they have to create a paperwork and part is not available and each passing day had a different story. Both the sales agent whose name is Khalid and his manager Evan Dunaway both are dishonest people and never fulfilled their promise. I would say avoid them at all cost . If you do not have choice , take everything in writing and be precise . Both guys are pathetic and disregard the customer. They always mention that the part store will call me up after they submit my paperwork. They never do and just lie and pass the time. Till today , after more than 6 months after many repeated emails and couple of stops at the dealer ship they never installed. I would never step again in this dealer ship which has dishonest managers and sales men . New car experience turned bad and I strictly do not recommend this dealership to anyone who do not have any sense of customer service. More
