Working through the financing with Sam Fakhouri was completely painless and straightforward. There was no doubt he gave us the best terms possible and he was exceedingly patient and knowledgeable in answering a multitude of questions. The only downside was the wait time and confusion in locating the specific vehicle we wanted to see however Sam Rodriguez made up for it by helping us obtain a great deal. More

The salesman, Kent, cut out all of the bs that is usually involved in car buying I really enjoyed my car buying experience with Honda of the Avenues. The salesman, Kent, cut out all of the bs that is usually involved in car buying and we were able to get straight to the point. They made it painless and easy. Sam, the finance manager, went above and beyond to help explain things to me and worked extra diligently to find the best possible financing deal. I just completed the purchase of a 2019 Honda Pilot which is not only a magnificent car (with one minor exception being the lack of a 6-waqy power eat for the front row passenger) but also, the buying experience at Honda of the Avenues and with Richard Norton was the best I have ever had, bar none and by a wide mark. Would that all dealers emulated Honda of the Avenues!! More
