technicians should clean the oil off before entering a vehicle. The customer shouldn't have to clean oil off the door sill and door handles. wipe down all the surfaces that they touch and lastly wipe th vehicle. I would say attention to detail would go a long way. I left off the oil mess underneath due to I'm sure no one really cares, first oil change on a new truck still not wowed. More
