This dealership was awesome. I walked in to get a car and walked out the same day in a brand new equinox 2025. I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado at this dealership. My sales consultant Jessika was busy at the time and hooked me up with Evan. Evan was very helpful and stayed quite a bit past closing dealership. My sales consultant Jessika was busy at the time and hooked me up with Evan. Evan was very helpful and stayed quite a bit past closing time to take care of everything with the sale. Jessika followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions or concerns. But, my story doesn't end there. Later that evening, I had trouble with an oil leak on the vehicle. I called in and reported it. The service department immediately had the truck towed in and looked at. The issue was fixed right away and was taken care of without cost to me. A big thank you to Matt, my service advisor. Jessika stayed in touch throughout the process also until everything was resolved. While it was unfortunate the truck had an issue, I was so impressed with how quickly and thoroughly the issue was resolved. I can't say enough about how impressed and pleased I am with my experience at Tom Gill Chevrolet. A great big thank you to Jessika, Evan, and Matt! More

Evan was extremely professional and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. He took the time to show me around the lot, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or experience enjoyable from start to finish. We found a vehicle that caught my interest, but I wanted to continue looking at a few other options, and he was completely understanding and supportive of that. He let me know I could call him anytime if I had additional questions or decided I wanted to move forward. His patience, honesty, and willingness to help really stood out. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would highly recommend working with Evan. 10/10 experience! More
