I never felt pressured on any aspect of the purchase from the vehicle to optional protection packages, and when declining some of their options they heard my answer and did not try to push me into purchasing something I was not interested in. Additionally, they price matched my trade in from a previous offer. I do not find purchasing a vehicle to be a particularly enjoyable event due to the stress of spending a substantial amount of money and wondering if you’re getting a fair deal or not. As stated earlier John made the whole experience as relaxed as it can be and I never felt pressured to make a decision out of emotion. I would gladly give Tom Gill Chev future business. More

John Lillie was an incredible help when I first came actually even had the car I wanted to look at up by the building when I got there. Sadly I didn’t have the money on me to buy it right there so it di actually even had the car I wanted to look at up by the building when I got there. Sadly I didn’t have the money on me to buy it right there so it did end up selling before I came back. There was no pressure put on me to buy the car either so they did get my business later that day, because it was so stress free. A few hours before they closed I came back John was helping another customer so he introduced me to Evan Weigand. Evan rode with me around the lot in a few cars, and we actually ended up in the car that was his neighbor’s car so he knew it was well taken care of and was even able to call him right on the spot for any questions we had about the car. The best part about it is he worked with me on the price so I could walk out the door with it with the money I actually had available. I will be continuing to go to Tom Gill Chevrolet More
