While we like the car, we are not all happy with the total experience at Germain. Dominick was good to work with, although I'm not sure what he told about ambient lighting was true. From a financing standpoint, the experience at Germain/Honda was the worst we have experienced in purchasing a car. You couldn't check our credit on Experian because of a lock due to a prior breach. I was unable to unlock, so I get stuck with financing from Ally. We were too trusting and didn't see the $8,186 interest. Had we, we would have taken our Jeep and left. Today our Experian is 800 and that's after having this loan. Zero stars. Fortunately, we are able to pay the car off this month. So, on balance the rating is 3 stars. More
