I recently purchased a certified Kia Sportage Prestige from Paramount Kia in Asheville, NC. I was pleasantly surprised by the calm, welcoming atmosphere upon entering. I worked with Jatin Patel who was knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely interested in finding a vehicle that met my needs. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy which was much appreciated. Jatin asked good questions and explained options, pros and cons of various vehicles. I felt like I had the necessary knowledge to make the best decision on a certified, used vehicle. Working with finance was pleasant and very efficient. Anita Mandzyuk had the unenviable job to review all the car features and technology. She was also knowledgeable and skilled at explaining each feature in easy to understand language and in an orderly process. She was patient and answered questions easily.
