I worked with Jatin Patel who was knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely interested in finding a vehicle that met my needs. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy which was much appreciated. Jatin asked good questions and explained options, pros and cons of various vehicles. I felt like I had the necessary knowledge to make the best decision on a certified, used vehicle. Working with finance was pleasant and very efficient. Anita Mandzyuk had the unenviable job to review all the car features and technology.
