Phaeng was such a pleasure to work with. She sent a video showing every detail of the car I wanted so I didn’t have any questions about that. The team also sent me an out the door quote unprompted before I had even scheduled my appointment which made the process much easier. We did most of the deal through email so when I got to the dealership all I had to do was my test drive, sign the paperwork, and get the financial aspect locked in. Everyone was very nice and no one was pushy which was a great change from the other dealerships I was talking to. Again, I can’t say enough good things about Phaeng, she was a joy to work with and putting the big bow on my new car was such a fun touch! More
