Great dealership! I found a specific truck online and it was only at Castle Chevy North, so finding them was coincidental. This was not a local dealership to me but aft I found a specific truck online and it was only at Castle Chevy North, so finding them was coincidental. This was not a local dealership to me but after meeting Mike Pirozzoli and the other staff members this made the travel worth it. I had to work before going to test drive the vehicle and It was pretty late when I arrived. Mike Pirozzoli was very patient and checked in with me to make sure the vehicle I want to test drive was warmed up and had gas. I was told to relax and take the vehicle out, hit the highway if I wanted to, and do some donuts in the neighbors lot. Of course the "donuts" part is a joke but that's how comfortable he made me feel. No back seat salesman. Unfortunately the vehicle was not what I expected, too small for my needs. When I returned Mike Pirozzoli sat me down pulled up more vehicles in stock on the computer instead of having me walk around in the cold. There were multiple vehicles that met my needs and Mike Pirozzoli was happy and patient to allow me to look at any that I wanted to test. I went through 3 and found the one for me! The staff stayed after hours to complete my purchase and were very respectful. If I ever need another vehicle I would gladly make the trip to Castle Chevy North! No pressure sale, very thorough help, and extremely friendly. Thank you. More
