I was not pleased with the overall experience on the purchase of a vehicle here. I purchased an EV and realized it was not the car for me didn't have the car 3days wanted to return it to get something purchase of a vehicle here. I purchased an EV and realized it was not the car for me didn't have the car 3days wanted to return it to get something else. Long story short I will never purchase a vehicle from this dearlership nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone. Before a car is purchased salesmen/women need to fully explain to customers about vehicles before they try to make a sale and ask questions to the customers and treat them as if they are their family instead of just trying to make a sale. For an ex of purchasing an EV; DO YOU DRIVE LONG DISTANCE? DO YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO CHARGE THE VEHICLE? The vehicle I have now is okay but I wanted a sunroof couldn't get that so I am very dissatisfied with the entire process on my purchase with this dearlership and will never return. More
