Customer service wasn’t great. I had to wait a while before someone even acknowledged me. Then I was brought to who was supposed to help but he said he was too busy so Fabian helpe I had to wait a while before someone even acknowledged me. Then I was brought to who was supposed to help but he said he was too busy so Fabian helped. He was good. Communication once my car was worked wasn’t great. Didn’t get any update until hours later, I even called two different numbers and after 30 minutes I got a call from Fabian. The second call I didn’t get from the main line until 3 hours later. There was no urgency in any thing. More

The dealership is fantastic along with all the Customer Service Representatives. I do not see the mechanics, but I am certain they are just as good. It’s a team effort. However, I would stop sendin Service Representatives. I do not see the mechanics, but I am certain they are just as good. It’s a team effort. However, I would stop sending so many surveys. This is probably the fifth survey I have completed since my last service. Also, I know that there’s some renovations going on at this dealership and I would highly recommend fixing the car wash. That is added in value to anyone who gets their vehicle. Serviced at Nissan Henderson. The car wash has been down for a year now. More

My 2024 Nissan Altima, which has a lot of mileage I do severe driving. The alternator went out. It was up there for four days. I got Maybe one phone call when I called multiple times not only that they do severe driving. The alternator went out. It was up there for four days. I got Maybe one phone call when I called multiple times not only that they don’t have the piece to fix my car. That’s why I brought it to the dealership. I had my car towed in. I ended up picking it up and driving it home. Which then I got stranded because the car died and would not start back up. More
