Chris Hewat was my first contact at Paramount Kia Of Asheville. The car that I test drove was not the car I ended up purchasing because it just was not gonna meet my needs. I had been talking to multip Asheville. The car that I test drove was not the car I ended up purchasing because it just was not gonna meet my needs. I had been talking to multiple dealers within 150 200 mile radius trying to find the exact vehicle that I wanted and needed. It took over a month but Chris worked tirelessly to not only find but have transported from Virginia my new car. Chris is not high-pressure sales, which is very important to me, but at the same time very diligent of trying to satisfy his customers. The finance person is pushy about getting the paperwork done. He was adding things on the itemize sheet that the customer doesn't need . Gregory is the best! Even my kids kept commenting on how nice he was and how much they liked him the whole time we were there :) He made us feel at home and never rushed Even my kids kept commenting on how nice he was and how much they liked him the whole time we were there :) He made us feel at home and never rushed us even though we came in 30 minutes before closing time. I wasn’t planning on buying a new car but left with one because everyone at this dealership is just awesome. Hands down the best experience we have had buying a car (and we have bought a lot of cars). We were here on vacation and they were so accommodating to get things done for us without any hassle. Would travel here again just to buy another car! :) More
