They sold me a new car with transmission problems and cosmetic defects. They didn't fix everything and I had so many more problems they refuse to let me out of my contract. They were rude and disrespectf cosmetic defects. They didn't fix everything and I had so many more problems they refuse to let me out of my contract. They were rude and disrespectful also. They have the audacity to send letters to my house to trade in the car I told them I get these letters they refuse and they don't want the car back. More

Went to pickup my car after giving it out for service and notice that I did not receive my complimentary car wash. I question the attendant about not receiving the car was and he lied that it was washed. He notice that I did not receive my complimentary car wash. I question the attendant about not receiving the car was and he lied that it was washed. He then asked me if I could wait for 20 minutes more. Then he took may car spray water to make believe it was wash. The service is not on par as it use to be. Poor customer service More
