I purchased a new MC20 without visiting Dealership. I live in Los Angeles. As usual the seller promised me everything in order to sell the car. I encountered several problems. I neede a car for a I live in Los Angeles. As usual the seller promised me everything in order to sell the car. I encountered several problems. I neede a car for a specific date and was promised dealer would do everything possible. As soon as I transferred the money all attention. From a dealer was gone. I left a 10K deposit, asking to schedule delivery to California and arrange pick up dates. Nothing was done, untill they received the full amount. I specifically mentioned that they can keep the full deposit in the event there are problems with the transfer of the full amount. As a result the car left dealership very late. Dealership also picked probably the cheapest car delivery. Instead of promised 48 hrs delivery time, it took 9 days for the car to get to me. Driver told me that he swapped and delivered 8 cars on his way to me. The car arrived with a nail in the front wheel. Delivery company documented it. Dealer did not want to assume amy responsibility for it. However, after 2 weeks they mentioned if I fix it myself, they would send me a check. I did replace a tire, forwarded receipt to the dealer and they went silent on me. After a month from purchase I still can not drive and register a car. Even though I was promised a temp registration by a dealer. Title arrived only 3 weeks since purchase. However now the car fails the smog test, because there is an "ingine check" light, that dealer deleted. However it shows up on inspection. Now I have to worry how to fix the issue. They did gave a huge discount on the car. But I guess it was caused by the "engine check" light. Nothing is free... All the promises I received, were not delivered and simply were made to force me purchase a car asap. More
