This was my first time buying a car, and I went into the process pretty nervous. From the very beginning, he was patient, calm, and genuinely respectful. He never rushed me and never made me feel stupid for asking basic questions. Instead, he explained things clearly, step by step, and always checked to make sure I understood and felt comfortable. What really stood out is how trustworthy he felt. He walked me through different options without pushing the most expensive thing, and he was very transparent about pricing and trade-offs.
