I believe I received fair value for my trade-in (Honda Pilot) and Mr, Samiter could not have been more accommodating and informative. I felt immediately comfortable working with him. I do not consider myself particularly demanding but one thing I never want on any car I purchase in the dealership’s name on the car (I just like it clean). I asked Feliks if he could ensure that little request was addressed and he handled immediately. He walked me through the operation of the car and knowing it’s a lot of information to digest in 20 minutes, invited me to reach out to him with any questions I may have later. Although I did have my Pilot serviced at Clinton Honda, this is my first purchase from this dealership.
