The salesman was Feliks Samiter and he answered all our questions with his own enthusiasm for Hondas without being pushy. The CRV EXL may have sold itself, but Feliks made us comfortable and confident that he had led me to the right car. Like buying a car from family. Really, I mean it, like family. No one loves the car buying experience but since we had purchased/leased several cars from Clinton Honda with positi Really, I mean it, like family. No one loves the car buying experience but since we had purchased/leased several cars from Clinton Honda with positive experience we started with them again even though they are 45 minutes from our home. We could have picked a closer dealer but we figured it was positive before so let’s try it again. And as expected it was easy and painless. Our availability was very limited and spending hours at a dealership was just not possible but our lease was coming to an end. We explained this and no problem. We got options over the phone and narrowed down our choices so when we met in person it was a test drive of the two final options and a quick process of signatures, reviewing the details of the new car and off we went. Thank you Feliks and Alex for accommodating our busy schedules to help us get this done. You understood our needs both financial and personal and demonstrated you cared. This is our 6th car we have purchased or leased from Feliks/Alex and I’m certain it won’t be the last! Thank you, thank you, thank you. More

"Civic" minded I'm a cautious consumer and a thorough researcher. I visited this dealership several times over a two-week period to test drive and scrutinize more th I'm a cautious consumer and a thorough researcher. I visited this dealership several times over a two-week period to test drive and scrutinize more than one vehicle. The dealership ataff could not have been more patient and accommodating. Sales people were professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We visited several other dealers to test drive cars. We were lured by imposssibly low Internet prices too good to be true. They were. Other dealers charged as much as $1,495 dealer prep fees or $800 certification fees. Some charge up to $750 for documentation fees. Clinton Honda charged $454 for documentarian. Period. The only other costs were taxes and a licensing/registration fee that matched exactly what Motor Vehicle charged. Other dealerships collected more money, and it was unclear if they returned any unspent. Some dealerships didn't even begin the Certification process until after you sign on the dotted line. To make a long story short, I ended up right back in Clinton; the dealership closest to my home was fairest of them all. More
