This was our first ever visit to AutoMax of Ocala. We were pleased with the initial approach of the sales staff, not pushy or chasing us for the sale. The F&I person was prompt and likewise was not pushy. We purchased our Aviator on Sunday along with the aftermarket service plan, which seems to cover all the things we were concerned about. Given the experiences we’ve had in car shopping and buying in Ocala we have to say this experience at AutoMax left us with a breath of fresh air and won’t hesitate to return should we have a need for another purchase.
