Sales man took Vin just peaked at truck. I asked to get estimate before with my Vin but sis not. I could of found out that the dealership I got my truck from had explaining to do that's fine I asked to get estimate before with my Vin but sis not. Then he wants to make a smart xxx remark to me for no reason. Didn't even talk to us or explain anything. This is not customer service friendly and flipe doesn't need to be working a job like this. I had a very positive experience personally, purchasing my vehicle....I would have given it a 4.5 instead of the 4 but there was no option...I would take a half point off for poor detailing; there was anim my vehicle....I would have given it a 4.5 instead of the 4 but there was no option...I would take a half point off for poor detailing; there was animal hair that was missed bc it was in the door pocket...Things happen but it was an inconvenience... My salesman was Felipe who deserves a 5 bc of the care he demonstrated from the 1st call to the end of the sale...and Lora, the finance person was amazing as well. I would recommend checking them out. More
