The finance manager who took care of my purchase, his sales tactics has much to be desired. I asked the sales manager and my sales rep what the finance rate will be, both guys told me that they don't k sales tactics has much to be desired. I asked the sales manager and my sales rep what the finance rate will be, both guys told me that they don't know but the finance manager is taking care of it. Come time to sign, I was told it's 3.99% for 60 months, I wasn't even asked how many months I wanted to finance, since I had already wasted so much time and needed the car, I just decided to take the deal. Part of the deal was the All Weather Mats at dealer cost, which they charged me above regular price, $250 vs $189, then there's the extra $167 on top of the out the door price, finance guy tells me something about needing to pay taxes on the $1000 manufacturer rebate that I took. Very shady dealings. More

I was looking for a Tacoma and they had one coming in. I was prepared to buy before i came in. Left my deposit and was told truck old be in on the 27th or 28th. I called on the 29th and the truck was ther was prepared to buy before i came in. Left my deposit and was told truck old be in on the 27th or 28th. I called on the 29th and the truck was there and they would rush to get it ready for me on the 30th. In a rush to get it done, my salesman dented the bumper on this new truck. He said they would order the part and have it in a few days. When i picked it up, There was now a dent in the rear quarter panel and number was misaligned. My salesman said take it and I will make an appointment to have it fixed next week. After several calls and being told told they were waiting for a loaner, I called the sales manager Shermika. She arranged for the drop off the next day. It took almost a week to fix, but it was done correctly. She saved this from being a 1 star review. More
