I'm Giving Ferdi an A+ however the young women I made the appointment with over the phone an F. Abrupt and not pleasant. When I asked if I could wait for the car, she said no they could not guarantee it didn appointment with over the phone an F. Abrupt and not pleasant. When I asked if I could wait for the car, she said no they could not guarantee it didn't need to be there all day. Somewhat of a difficult and even heated conversation. The work was completed in 2+ hours. Ferdi agreed it would be done quickly and I could wait. I did. If you want further detail of my problem with my conversation with her, you can let me know. More

Dealership didn't honor the warranty for a failed car battery used only 32 months. This was an 84 month battery recommended and installed by them.
