Felt like financing there might be told to sell you as much unnecessary extra crap as they can though. I was told they HAD to sell me a package...as if they wouldnt sell me the car without buying extra warranties i didnt want. I told her 3 or 4 times i didnt want it (why spend $3000 on an extra 36000 mile warranty on a car that only has 36k miles anyway)? But, like a time share salesman, she refused to take no for an answer. I needed the car badly THAT NIGHT, plus i was tired and worn out, so i cavee and got the warranty. I left a message the next day about how frustrated i was. I got a bried email saying "I'm sorry" from some customer service rep. But then they forced me to take an extra 4 hours out of my day in order to remove the unwanted warranty. They didnt offer me a single thing in order to compensate me for the huge inconvenience, or for the way my experience made me feel. Oh...but they DID raise the interest rate on my loan on e i removed the warranty. Jeez. I had chosen them bc i thought they were different from other dealerships in that regard. But it seems they are just the same. I can see no reason to recommend them, unless they are maybe the closest one to you. More

I emailed about the Silverado that I saw on KBB hoping it would still be there. An I got an Email back from Luis Tor saying it was there an helped me set up dates to come see it awesome help. So I take a chance an drive two an half hours away to see Stingray Chevrolet Silverado that I saw an Ad for on KBB. An I will say, I was not disappointed. It was after hours an one salesmen( Fermin) took time out of his night to show me the truck even though it was after hours an I am grateful that he did. The other salesmen i dealt with was Josh who helped me purchase the vehicle an was patient while I was getting my insurance squared away. He took his time and explained everything that we were going through an was overall amazing help. Deb in finance was awesome an helped finish up all other paper work to get me in my Silverado 1500. overall experience was phenomenal. An I would definitely buy another Vehicle here. Long story short Fermin took care of me the moment I be arrived and was an all star the entire process. While waiting for the finance manager he could have abandon me and my friend but he decided to stick it out with us and showed us the two COPO Camaros sitting in the show room. He was so excited to show is that I'm sure if I asked him to start them he would! Loved his enthusiasm and his love for cars. I will need a second car soon and I will happily drive 2 hours again just for their service! My only request is that not everyone is as familiar with EV as I am, I wish the team would know a bit more of EV overall to help people make the right choice.
