Loving being a Chevy owner My credit history had a few negatives. I went to Stingray Chevrolet to see if I could get pre-approved for financing because the factory rebates avail My credit history had a few negatives. I went to Stingray Chevrolet to see if I could get pre-approved for financing because the factory rebates available were a great opportunity to buy a new Chevy for less than the used trucks I have been browsing at other dealers. I wasn’t planning on bringing home a new truck that day, I just wanted to see if they could approve me for financing. Not only did they approve my financing application they sent me home that day with an amazing new Chevy Colorado. The salesman Fermin Rodriguez was knowledgeable and patient and was just awesome. The finance man Brandon Brown was great to work with as well. Both stayed at the dealership well over an hour past closing on a Saturday evening to help close my transaction and send me home with an amazing new truck. I chose Stingray Chevrolet because of their solid reputation and they did not disappoint. It was a great experience and I am now a Stingray Chevrolet guy. More

Overall good experience with a speed bump I found Fermin the sales rep to be very good at his job and professional. He was knowledgeable with the truck I wanted to purchase. However, he was put in a bad spot as the internet sales and manager which gave me the price, apparently didn’t talk or thought I was there to play games. I drove 320 miles round trip because I was given a price range. In the end the price was closer to what I expected and acceptable terms were reached. I would recommend looking at the internet portion of the experience as poor. My brother purchased a truck and was extremely happy with his experience. I’m not sure why the difference. Overall I would say Fermin was the reason I purchased the truck. Had it not been for his hard work and sincere desire to make sure I was satisfied , I would have purchased my truck elsewhere. I would guess had communication been better, I would not have had the bump in the road and things would have been smoother More

I strongly suggest you ask for sales consultant Ferman Rodriguez, I've worked with him three different times and he is as honest and personable as they come. Ferman is the main reason we came to Stingray Chevrolet when looking for a Colorado truck because I knew he would be able to find me the most truck for the best deal. Trust me if you want to be treated like a friend ask for Ferman you won't regret it. Also a big thank you to Forrest Ogden, Chevy Tech Specialist he personally showed us all the high-tech advantages of the infotainment system and how to take advantage of the Chevy Technology that's built into our Colorado. Thank You Stingray To the Entire Management Team at Stingray Chevrolet, I wanted to say “thank you” for helping me fulfill my wife’s dream of owning a 2019 Chevy Volt To the Entire Management Team at Stingray Chevrolet, I wanted to say “thank you” for helping me fulfill my wife’s dream of owning a 2019 Chevy Volt Premier. I researched this car from the second week of December until we took delivery on January 11. My wife, Donna, had very specific ideas of what she wanted this car to be, starting with the Pacific Blue exterior, and Stingray made that happen for us. I want to give a special “shout out” to Harley Mitchell and Fermin Rodriguez. As stated above, I did a lot of work researching this car, all through web sites. I contacted all the Chevy dealers in the states of Florida, Alabama, and both Carolinas. To say it is was a frustrating, but interesting, experience is an understatement. By the time I was able to talk with Harley, I had pretty much given up the idea of purchasing this car. However, she was patient, she listened (which is something pretty much no one else did), she made some suggestions, she listened some more and then she sent me over to Fermin…who did an outstanding job working with my wife (not always an easy task (lol)) to close this deal. We’ve had the car a couple of days and both Harley and Fermin have contacted us to see if there was anything we needed and asked if we were enjoying the new car. The thing that impressed me most about Harley was that, as an internet consultant, she understood what I was trying to do. In almost all of my other internet contacts with dealers, including yours (prior to me talking to Harley), their main focus was to get me to come to the dealership, which I did not want to do. We had leased three other Volts over the past seven years prior to purchasing this one (which we did because of the GM phase-out of this outstanding vehicle). Harley checked on questions I had, got back to me in a timely with answers and really was the one that made this deal happen. Harley was also fantastic in dealing with my severe hearing challenges. I explained to her, early in our first conversation, that I had lost most of my hearing…and she was patient beyond patient, upbeat and kind. So from me to her, “thank you for that”. Longer story short (and there is a lot more to tell regarding internet shopping and the experiences went through and crazy responses I got…one dealer got back to me about my interest in a Bolt (which I understand, Volt vs. Bolt…but another one KEPT sending me information on a Cruze despite my continued efforts to correct the information…as I said, interesting but very frustrating) Donna is really enjoying the car, especially after having an LT the first two times around.
