St Cloud Toyota provides good servives and good cost estimates. The cost was originally estimated by Trentyn Braun but when I came to pickup the car, Trentyn had a day off and so Mr Fernando Ramirez too estimates. The cost was originally estimated by Trentyn Braun but when I came to pickup the car, Trentyn had a day off and so Mr Fernando Ramirez took over the paperwork. Since the final bill was higher than the original quote, Fernando went to the manager to adjust the price to honor the quote. It took a long time for him to navigate through the pricing system and adjust the bill. Mr. Ramirez who went extra miles to complete the work for the serv advisor who was absent that day shows his great work quality. More

As this was my first experience at any Toyota dealership, it would not encourage me to continue to use this particular dealership for service work. There is not clear directions outside or inside how to ch it would not encourage me to continue to use this particular dealership for service work. There is not clear directions outside or inside how to check in at your appointment time. It could be added to your service door or the scheduler could have provided proactive instructions to drive into the bay. It was not obvious to someone unfamiliar with the process. Because I was not checked in fully, (unfriendly woman who checked me in). She said the appointment would take 1 and a half hours just to get my tires rotated. What is the point of making an appointment for a 90 minute wait? Once I was close to the 90 minutes, I checked on my vehicle and learned I was not fully checked in so my car was not touched. The service manager was kind, helpful and apologetic. My car was then completed in about 15 minutes. But that is concerning too as I am not confident in the work that was done so quickly. Were the tires truly rotated? I have no way to know. I am going to try another dealership for my 10,000 mile oil change as it was such an underwhelming experience at St. Cloud. Not sure how they won all the awards posted on their wall. More
