After last service when I requested tier rotation my tire pressure system sensor was faulty. Before the service I haven't had any dashboard lights, after service i use this light, but I was told the tire pressure system sensor was faulty. Before the service I haven't had any dashboard lights, after service i use this light, but I was told they couldn't do nothing to damage sensor and if I want to fix it I have to pay $400 More

I went there to replace a purge valve and then they messed up my motor mount so that I will have to come back and spend more money. Then they ordered the wrong mount. Refusing to give me a courtesy veh messed up my motor mount so that I will have to come back and spend more money. Then they ordered the wrong mount. Refusing to give me a courtesy vehicle or a rental vehicle, forcing me to drive a vehicle with a bad engine mount after I just gave them $25,000 for the vehicle a year ago. the car is only three years old but it shouldn’t even be having any problems. More

Repair took longer than needed or told, initial communication poor. Love the vehicle, not so much the service. Had to suggest to parts department that they look to another dealership for parts rat communication poor. Love the vehicle, not so much the service. Had to suggest to parts department that they look to another dealership for parts rather than waiting for who knows how long since they were back ordered. Miraculously they were found within a week. In the meantime, we had the vehicle on the road without the use of a driver's side seatbelt, which they were not concerned about. More
