Had a bad experience a year ago and tried giving it another chance. Still the same people with the same problems. Had a scheduled appointment and it still took them 1 hr to see me. Talked to my serv another chance. Still the same people with the same problems. Had a scheduled appointment and it still took them 1 hr to see me. Talked to my service representative and asked him to look at my rear end as there is a noise issue. Told him it my be brake related. He said he would look at it. 3 hours later and the only thing that was done is a simple oil change and tire rotation. They totally forgot to look at the rear end. As a former ASE mechanic. This was never exceptable. We did everything the customer asked and more. I will never go back and I will make sure my fleet of vehicles never go there again as well. More

Fernando took care of my car without any issues, in and out and car wash washed. I'm very happy with him. Only thing was blinkers for both side got fast when I left dealership but it went back to normal on out and car wash washed. I'm very happy with him. Only thing was blinkers for both side got fast when I left dealership but it went back to normal on the next day. Hope the verify it next time before bring my car back. More

This is the best dealership I have gone to for maintenance. They are transparent on the work by serving videos of the work. They are friendly and the service is as quick as possible. They do ha maintenance. They are transparent on the work by serving videos of the work. They are friendly and the service is as quick as possible. They do have issues with communication when someone other than expected technician works on the car. More

I dropped my car off at 12 pm and Fernando told me that the car would be ready at 3:30. I arrived to pick up the car at 3:30 and the car wasn't ready and Fernando wasn't even at the store. Fernando could h the car would be ready at 3:30. I arrived to pick up the car at 3:30 and the car wasn't ready and Fernando wasn't even at the store. Fernando could have told me about the car and that he wasn't at the store at that time. I waited until 4:30 and they told me that the mechanic would have to look at the problem a little longer because he hadn't seen what the defect was yet. The problem was simply adjusting the handbrake, very simple, but even so the store still needs more time to check the defect. There was no defect, it was just adjusting the handbrake, simple. This was a joke they did to me, total lack of attention and disorganization. I will not take my car to that store again. More
