Flávio provided an appropriate car to test suggested a good route to experience the road conditions I wanted. I liked the car but was not ready to make the decision that day. He waited patiently as I did some research at home without calling me. I made an appointment about two weeks later to decide on the car and negotiate a deal. I was not interested in any car that was readily available and I was willing to wait for what I wanted. His prediction about the length of the wait very accurate. The exact car I wanted, model color and options was delivered after a short, informative and also low key meeting with the business/finance person, Mike. It was a great experience start to finish. More

Much easier than I expected I knew I wanted a 2014 Subaru Forester, but was dreading the whole process of buying a new car. Fortunately, my credit union had made arrangements wit I knew I wanted a 2014 Subaru Forester, but was dreading the whole process of buying a new car. Fortunately, my credit union had made arrangements with a specific Subaru dealership to guarantee the lowest possible price on new cars. Unfortunately, that dealership was at least an hour away, and I wanted a dealership closer to me. I took the offered price to Cityside Subaru and met with Flavio. Cityside honored the price that had been quoted to me with absolutely no hassle, and Flavio went over all the options with me in detail. He was easy to deal with and very responsive to emails and phone calls. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. I am very pleased with the car, and would certainly buy from Cityside Subaru again -- though I intend to keep this car for a long time! More

Flavio handled me when I came in a few weeks ago for a test drive; very friendly & low-key. When I called last Sunday to come in (I knew it would be busy) he told me not to worry; I would be taken care of. The GSM Dan Rosengarten greeted me when I arrived; told me Nathan (Junior) Williams had been brought up to speed & would be working with me so I wouldn't have to wait. I knew the model & trim I wanted before I came in. Sure enough, we got right to it; he made sure we were on the same page on the model, then we talked over the pro's, cons and particulars of buying vs leasing. Man, these Subarus are terrific cars. I started looking into them for safety & the all-wheel drive, but the ride, quality & fit & finish is terrific. Anyhow, after working together towards what I felt comfortable with I ended up taking a lease at what I thought was a very fair price. Junior brought the right amount of questions and information and when we were close Dan made a couple of decisions (and helped me out with 1-day loaner) so we closed quickly and painlessly. For delivery the next day they were really busy (the Monday after month-end in the summer peak selling season) but Junior, Dan and John Melvin (finance) continued a really smooth, low-pressure, and satisfying dealer experience for me from start to finish. Before we started I knew about buying cars, but I really didn't know the details about how leasing worked, and everybody contributed to me getting comfortable with that choice. I'm very happy with my new ride and recommend Cityside Subaru to anyone. More

This is the first Subaru I've ever bought. I decided it was time for AWD and I thought I should go with the pioneers. Buying the Impreza hatchback at CitySide was the best car buying experience I've eve it was time for AWD and I thought I should go with the pioneers. Buying the Impreza hatchback at CitySide was the best car buying experience I've ever had in 45 years! Flavio Fonseca was so easy to work with. He knew what I wanted and didn't try to push any extra things that I didn't need. He was so pleasant and polite. His calm manner made us feel very much at ease. He spoke highly of the owner of the dealership and how well he treats his employees. Don Ratcliffe, the finance manager was also very easy to work with....again explaining the extras that were available, but not pushing them on me. He also was pleasant and easy-going, very efficient. We did end up buying an extended warranty and the maintenance plan which seemed like a good deal. I'm looking forward to driving my new Impreza and I'm sure when it's time for my husband to replace his car, we'll definitely be calling Flavio. THANKS, FLAVIO! More
