Ray Ferrer In Financing The Snake Of Fast Talker Trade in a beautiful 2016 BMW for a 2018 Ram 1500. All good into I got into financing with Ray Ferrer in financing. He will fast talk you and play the Trade in a beautiful 2016 BMW for a 2018 Ram 1500. All good into I got into financing with Ray Ferrer in financing. He will fast talk you and play the game of lowering your interest on your loan. This is called an "Old Fashion Bait and Switch..." Well $3000.00 plus tax later for a maintenance, tire, windshield, and warranty policy I was hold a worthless policy. I demanded a refund and that they replace the three out of four tires that are defected and was turned down by management. I was told the warranty would be refunded to the finance company... Well guess what? NO REFUND!!! It's a shame the sales staff works so hard and to have poor management. More

When we returned to have this rectified we were told “that doesn’t come on that model, you can go buy it in the parts department and have service install it.” Sales management does not care about customers at all after you buy. The worst experience in customer service Never again will I be a customer at this location! I bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Renegade and recently got t-boned. I brought it to their collision c Never again will I be a customer at this location! I bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Renegade and recently got t-boned. I brought it to their collision center as I was already familiar with their sales staff. HUGE MISTAKE. Chrysler is such a joke and this location has had ZERO customer service. I have been without my car for almost 2 MONTHS!! For a different excuse every single time I call.. “they were shipped the wrong parts” or “we only have one mechanic and he is hitting overtime so it’ll have to wait” and lay blame everywhere other than themselves. I have to personally call them to get any updates and I am still without my car. My 30day rental expired through my insurance and they wouldn’t compensate a rental car as my car still wasn’t ready. So they offered to “go in half” with the rental car. GO IN HALF!? I am a customer.. and I also work in customer service. I would NEVER ask that of a customer to spend their money for a situation where my workplace was to blame. Every estimated and confirmed date of completion has been pushed back, creating and time off request at my place of business an absolute joke. Do not shop here. Do not get your car fixed here. An utter disgrace of customer service and compassion from the entire collision center team. Heed my warning please More

Awesome Sales Experience Today was Our first time shopping at Greenway. We had a very good experience. We were just looking to see what kind of car we might be interested in, Today was Our first time shopping at Greenway. We had a very good experience. We were just looking to see what kind of car we might be interested in, But We left there with a great deal we couldn’t pass up Bob greated us and was very friendly knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable about our decision and purchase . After going over some numbers we were somewhat indecisive But Bob went out of his way to give us a great deal with the help of Flavio. Both gentleman were very helpful & courteous I highly suggest them to anyone that is looking for a great deal on a good car! They are not just a pushy salesman trying to make a sale They care about their Customer’s happiness and satisfaction! Thank you again Bob and Flavio. It was a pleasure to work with you! More

Horrible experience From one consumer to another, do not take your vehicle here. Take it ANYWHERE else. 1. Dishonest associates. I personally heard a receptionist lie to a caller who was looking for their service agent. The receptionist placed them on hold, asked the agent if they wanted to take the call. Agent said no and receptionist told caller agent was not there. If you lie about the little stuff, the big stuff is no problem. 2. Bait and Switch. Took my car in. These "professionals" charged me to fix it. I take it home, it's not fixed. Bring it back and they want to recharge me to fix it because "they didnt really know what was wrong the 1st time". 3. Negligence. They misdiagnosed my issue. I took my vehicle to another reputable and licensed mechanic. 1. He educated me that I was scammed. The dealership had the equipment necessary to diagnose my original issue accurately vs throwing parts at it to get more money out of me. 2. Due to their misdiagnosis, all the parts they replaced were damaged and I had to rebuy it. 4. No accountability. When they make an error, they will not own up to it. They go from all smiles to avoiding you at all costs! More

Worst car buying experience and poor service If I could only give a quarter of a star I would! Unfortunately, I had to leave them one. I fell for their crap no once but twice. I know shame on me If I could only give a quarter of a star I would! Unfortunately, I had to leave them one. I fell for their crap no once but twice. I know shame on me at this point. I wasted 4 hrs of my time with these crooks. I drove hr and a half to look at a vehicle that was no longer there. After I called ahead verified it was there not once but twice. Even still when I walked through the door do you think they said something. No not at all they went ahead and pulled around a vehicle that was 6,000 dollars more than I showed up to look at. Instead of saying, sir, I'm sorry there must have been a misunderstanding but here is what I have comparable. We did eventually Look at some other vehicles all more expensive than what I showed up to look at. However, at this point, I'm really just too pissed to care about anything they're showing me. Not to mention I showed up to look at a sports car and they're trying to put me in plain Jane sedan. It's apples to oranges really. They were no willing to do anything with me on price expect 300 bucks off and they wouldn't do anything with me on interest rates as well. Giving the situation and the simple fact that I called twice to verify an appointment time for a specific vehicle, this is absolutely POOR customer service!!!! Honestly goes a long way. If they would have just said when I walked through the door I'm sorry this sold etc. and not have tired to implement shady sales tactics. I would have been upset but not to this extent. I will never do business with these people and if you choose to proceed with CAUTION!! The only interest they have is lining their wallets. More

She is the best customer care i see on this business on years, for me she need to be at front solving the customer problems because she make easy, i was already talk with like 3 o 4 person with more experience and nothing happen.
