Frances was amazing in everything she did. She was not pushy at all. She showed me all the fancy things my Ascent could do on the test drive and even after purchasing took the time a few days She was not pushy at all. We were treated just like family. Francis was the first to great us and right away she took us to a few vehicles and boom we fell in love with our first Subaru. The facility was very nice with plenty of amenities to keep everyone comfortable. Sport Subaru is the only place we will recommend friends and family to go to for a great vehicle buying experience. With salespeople like Francis you will get into what you need at a budget friendly price. We just can't say enough about how great it feels to be part of the Subaru family from Francis to your finance personnel to the detail personnel this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. First of all Sport Subaru is huge and has lots of inventory available. If and when you need maintenance on your vehicle the waiting room is spacious with snack and beverages available. Our sales rep Frances was awesome; she is the gem of the dealership. She worked tirelessly to accommodate our wish list of amenities. She listened to what we wanted in our new car and her knowledge of the Subaru line was evident as she presented us with cars that were suitable. She didn't try to push another car on us. She was wonderful. We got there late in the evening and if she had somewhere to go, you'd never know it. She was very patient. Great car buying experience. More

On April 25, 2023 I purchased a vehicle from Don Mealey Sport Subaru. The Sales Associate that helped me was Frances Vargas. I am so pleased and thankful for all of Her Professionalism and product knowled Sport Subaru. The Sales Associate that helped me was Frances Vargas. I am so pleased and thankful for all of Her Professionalism and product knowledge. This is the first new car purchase for me since 2009 when I bought a Jeep. So I had a lot of questions and some anxiety. Every question I had was answered completely and without hesitation. Of all of the life changes, selling the house in Pennsylvania, retiring, filling up 2 dumpsters, driving 21 hours in a UHAUL towing the Jeep, finding a place to live in Orlando, moving in, buying this car was the easiest-smoothest task !!! Frances is very good at what she does and is obviously a very valued member of the Staff at the Dealership. I would highly recommend going to Don Mealey Sport Subaru for your next vehicle purchase !!! More
