Upon arrrival my tech was busy and rude once a fellow employee mentioned I was there for her. After a few minutes waiting the other tech helped me out and I asked him to change my service tech to him. My employee mentioned I was there for her. After a few minutes waiting the other tech helped me out and I asked him to change my service tech to him. My total was $173 for an oil change!!!! I usually pay around $120 at other Chevrolet dealerships. After leaving I got a call that I got a free fuel filter as the service tech put it on the wrong vehicle. More

Over the past few years, I’ve had many issues with my GM trucks. Palm Chevrolet is the only dealer in Ocala Florida, where we relocate for the winter. Their team was unsuccessful on two occasions with repai trucks. Palm Chevrolet is the only dealer in Ocala Florida, where we relocate for the winter. Their team was unsuccessful on two occasions with repairs to my vehicles with troubled engine sensors. We have sold both vehicles since that time. Let’s hope they have better technicians now. More

Dealership was fair, I don't like going back and forth with financing. Most customers would appreciate bottom line, if you can then do it if you can't the go somewhere else.
