They take care of your car, but I hate the robot answering machine. There are at least 5 people there that could answer a call. Arrived early and was processed in with our pick up in a timely manner. Done and out within an hour. My vehicle was there for 3 days and there was no communication. I had to call multiple times to try to speak with anyone. A young man in the service center did his best to help me. When I finally sp communication. I had to call multiple times to try to speak with anyone. A young man in the service center did his best to help me. When I finally spoke with my rep she was rushing to get me off the phone, told me the wrong part was being ordered. Made a rental appt for me- told me I would be able transfer to a different location to get a truck that could tow, stayed I would just pay the difference. When I had tried to contact the service department at times I would have to call sales and to try to speak to a person, one person in sakes told me, when I tried to explain how my service rep would rush me off, he said maybe she had a customer in front of her- that of course made me fell not important- I am a custom too. Finally spoke with a man in the set department on Saturday and explained what happened- to which he informed me it was not even possible for me to have a rental truck that meet my needs. I had no idea what was going on time wise with my vehicle and missed multiple days of work as I need to tow my work trailer. On the following Monday my rep did text and communicate a little mere- she told me that she would 100% know by the afternoon when truck would be done- never text me. I text her the following morning- she says- oh it’s ready. I can appreciate being busy or have having a customer in front of you. There are nice ways to say that. We were thinking of adding More

I received very personalized and very informative service by Francesca from the time I brought the vehicle in until the work was completed and I left. She kept me updated on the status of the work and let me by Francesca from the time I brought the vehicle in until the work was completed and I left. She kept me updated on the status of the work and let me know exactly what was done as far as corrective action, I was so impressed with her that I requested that she set herself up to be my, full-time service representative. I just sent her an email yesterday checking about whether or not I needed to have service on my vehicle because it got very low mileage just under 2000 miles but just at two years and been serviced one time. I wanted to get her opinion on whether or not, it should be serviced even though there's not that many miles on the oil and etc. from last time it was serviced. It's good when you have confidence in your service rep to the point where you ask them and have enough trust and they're gonna give you an answer, I feel that way about the dealership. More
