Excellent Customer Expereince From start to finish my experience at WG was excellent. The selection of vehicles, the friendliness of the staff, and the knowledge of all was nothing but outstanding. My experience started with a search on the internet and interaction with Courtney who was timely and knowledgeable. In all fairness to all, she essentially had the car sold before I walked in the door. Franco sealed the financial deal with his expert knowledge of the loan and incentive process. And of course Edward held my hand and expertly guided me through the whole process. He really knew the BMW product inside and out and helped me understand all the new mechanical features and electronic technology. He is still helping me with the myriad questions. If you do not have a relationship with a WG sales agent, I highly recommend asking to speak to Edward Salloum. And of course I really appreciated my "old salesman" Bob Cesarini stopping by to say hello. More

I dealt with at least 6 different folks in this dealership and I would hire anyone of them. I must tell you that Jim (GM) and Phil my sales person were absolutely amazing. Nothing was to much to ask of them and they definitely went the extra mile. I went in trying to purchase my 2016 7 series and left leasing a 750 and returned one week later to lease a X7 for my wife.
